Job Summary:

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow and manage our affiliate marketing program. This individual will focus on affiliate recruitment, manage relationships, track performance, and assist with strategic initiatives to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates to expand the Opus affiliate network.
• As the primary point of contact for affiliates, develop and maintain strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide affiliates with updated banners, email templates, landing pages, and promotional copy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure ongoing engagement and performance.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate metrics, including clicks, conversions, and revenue to evaluate performance.
• Use affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools to measure success and generate monthly performance reports.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, networks, tools, and best practices.
• Respond to affiliate questions and provide technical or promotional guidance when needed.
• Draft or contribute to regular communications to keep affiliates informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or digital advertising (affiliate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Salary: 45k plus aggressive commission package and full benefits

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
