Job Description: Banking background is a must and looking for someone who can also help with BA analysis so should be good with data and SQL. Top Skills: Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning and retrospectives. Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events. Excellent technical skills in SQL, Excel Preferred Skills:

1. Strong Market Risk, Risk, or Front Office experience
2. Strong financial markets product knowledge
3. Strong problem-solving skills and experience of analyzing and validating large volumes of numerical data

Day to Day:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning and retrospectives
• Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events
• Removes or addresses process and technical impediments
• Facilitates productivity by removing impediments team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continuous improvement principles
• Leveraging data to measure & monitor progress (Burndown charts etc.as being used by the or ganization) to increase the development effectiveness raag solutions
