Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Littleton, CO 80127 . In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality living spaces by leading maintenance operations. If selected for the position you are REQUIRED to live ONSITE!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively
• Demonstrate strong HVAC skills, especially with new machinery
• Exceed resident expectations for quality living standards
• Collaborate with management to develop and review budgets
• Address major and minor equipment and building issues promptly
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner
• Procure and replace broken parts or equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment building maintenance is essential
• Proficient with various tools and equipment
• Deadline-driven with acute attention to detail
• Capable of handling physical workload

Pay Range:

• $28/hr-$32/hr. (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) - Also Depending on Certifications
• Weekly pay!
