Job Title: Brand Ambassador /Field Marketing Rep Location: South-Central, West, or Northern Michigan Reports To: Marketing Manager Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 10am-6pm Friday-Saturday 11am-7pm Compensation: Starting at $20/hourly plus mileage reimbursment Position Overview The Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Rep will play a crucial role in ensuring that our brands are represented effectively and consistently across our retail partners. This role works closely with the Marketing and Sales team to provide product educations, host brand activations, gather data and feedback from field visits, and support our product merchandising and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Field Merchandising & Brand Representation: Your role ensures that our brands and products are properly displayed in retail locations, while identifying opportunities to further our consumer awareness Retail Feedback & Data: As a rep out in the field, youll often be the first to hear feedback on our brands and products from retail team members and customers. Part of your role will be facilitating this communication back to the sales and marketing team to review and implement. Marketing Support: Youll assist the Marketing Team with distributing marketing and campaign materials, along with updating retail displays and support merchandising efforts. Host Budtender Educations: With the support of our marketing team, youll lead and facilitate educational sessions for budtenders, equipping them with in-depth knowledge about our products and enhancing their ability to engage and upsell with customers. Vendor Days, Visits, and Events: Your role includes sharing the highlights of our brands and products during in-store vendor days, weekly visits, and events. In-store vendor days and events include the setup and breakdown of materials. Team Collaboration: Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to align field visits and activities with current goals and campaigns. Salary $20 USD per hour Required Skills Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US Cannabis knowledge preferred, desire to learn required Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 100 miles Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Weekend and evening availability Desired Skills About Exhale Systems Inc Exhale Systems Inc., was founded in July 2021.
