We are seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our new headquarters, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our employees and clients. This role includes coordinating maintenance staff, managing repair projects, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to facility management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the building and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of building repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize facility efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate building repair projects, including contractors and service vendors, as will conduct repairs oneself
  • Assisting with parking lot maintenance and company cars washing
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and improve service delivery.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote a safe working environment.

Pay Rate: $25-$28 hourly

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10am -7pm (weekends as needed)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex maintenance issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workspace.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in facilities management or related fields are a plus.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish & English
