Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled CAD Designer with experience in land development to join a collaborative civil engineering team. This role involves preparing detailed construction drawings and supporting design efforts for residential, commercial, and municipal site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support engineers with plan production and revisions throughout project phases.
• Ensure drawings meet local jurisdictional requirements and internal QA/QC standards.
• Assist with construction document preparation and permit submittals.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality, on-time work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in civil drafting/design, preferably in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Working knowledge of site grading, utilities, stormwater, and roadway design.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Associate degree or relevant technical certification preferred.
