Title: Benefits Customer Service Representative-Virtual/Remote
Location: Buffalo, NY-Must reside within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour for English Speaking; $17.25 per hour if fluent in Spanish (Pay Increase after 30 days)
Schedule: Weekdays only, no weekends (must be open to work between the hours of 8am - 7pm)

What’s a typical day as a Benefits Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Build rapport quickly and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Customize your service approach to accommodate various communication styles and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions.
- Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
- Maintain accurate call and case notes in a professional manner.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organize work effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment within a 2-hour radius of Buffalo, NY.
