You’ll be: - Build rapport quickly and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging. - Customize your service approach to accommodate various communication styles and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions. - Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws. - Maintain accurate call and case notes in a professional manner. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Previous experience in customer service preferred. - Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organize work effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously. - Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. - Comfortable working in a virtual environment within a 2-hour radius of Buffalo, NY.
