ABOUT HOT TAKES

HotTakes is disrupting sports gaming with the first mobile-first, free-to-play app that blends predictive gameplay with social flex and real cash rewards. We're building the platform where GenZ sports fans come to prove they know the game better than their friends – and get paid when they're right. Backed by top-tier investors and growing fast, we're assembling a team to be on the front lines of our growth across Pennsylvania's passionate sports scene – from Penn State tailgates to Eagles games, from Steelers nation to Sixers courtside. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Represent HotTakes at Pennsylvania college campuses (Penn State, Pitt, Temple, Villanova, Penn) and key sporting venues
• Create authentic "man on the street" style content interviewing PA sports fans about their takes on local teams (Eagles, Steelers, Sixers, Flyers, Phillies, Pirates)
• Host viewing parties at popular sports bars in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, State College, and other key locations
• Grow the HotTakes community by engaging directly with potential users across Pennsylvania's diverse sports scenes
• Produce engaging social content that captures real PA fan reactions during key moments for local teams
• Build partnerships with campus organizations and local influencers throughout the Keystone State
• Share on-the-ground insights about Pennsylvania's unique sports rivalries to help shape our regional strategy
• Convert face-to-face interactions into app downloads and active users

WHAT YOU BRING

• Outgoing personality with zero fear of approaching strangers and starting conversations
• Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania sports culture and fandom (college and pro teams)
• Strong connections to campus life at one or more PA colleges/universities
• Comfort being on camera and creating content in rowdy game day environments
• Basic understanding of content creation (smartphone video, simple editing)
• Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania to different campuses and sporting events
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in the field
• Passion for Pennsylvania's iconic sports traditions (Terrible Towels, E-A-G-L-E-S chants, We Are Penn State)
• Must meet legal age requirements for certain venue activations (21+)
