About the Role
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for crafting and executing the overarching marketing vision for the company's growing portfolio of consumer brands. This includes developing and executing strategic marketing plans across brand, digital, paid, social, and creative channels. You will oversee the brand, creative, social, content, and performance marketing teams, working cross-functionally with merchandising, ecommerce operations, and product development to build highly engaging brand experiences. From brand building to customer acquisition, this role is about pushing boundaries to drive connection, growth, and loyalty — online and in retail. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the voice, presence, and future of brands consumers love. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and originality. Drive innovation in marketing campaigns by blending data and intuition to test bold ideas and uncover breakthrough growth opportunities. Strategically manage and allocate the marketing budget across both brand-building and performance channels. Foster a high-performing, creatively driven marketing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and experimentation. Partner with brand, product, and ecommerce teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across digital and retail environments. Collaborate with data and finance teams to measure what matters, using insights to optimize ROI and refine strategy. TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED 10+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of scaling DTC and/or CPG brands through both creative and performance-led strategies. Experience in health, beauty, or wellness strongly preferred. Expertise across key marketing functions, including brand strategy, digital media, social, influencer, and content. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward big ideas and strong execution. Creative intuition combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement about building in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
