Construction Manager Construction Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process, particularly in luxury custom home projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities for residential projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the project.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications in luxury home construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in luxury custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
