Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our growing team in the commercial agriculture construction industry. This dynamic role involves working across a variety of agricultural job sites—such as farms, processing facilities, and large-scale ag operations—where you'll help build and maintain essential infrastructure. Frequent travel is a key part of this position, offering a unique opportunity to gain exposure to diverse projects and environments throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to agricultural job sites to assist in the construction and maintenance of commercial ag facilities , including barns, grain systems, storage structures and more.
  • Support skilled trades in tasks such as framing, concrete work, roofing, and equipment installation.
  • Operate and maintain construction and agricultural equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
  • Work in coordination with site managers, engineers, and farmers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup, material handling, and general labor duties.
  • Document daily work and communicate progress to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience or strong interest in agriculture, construction, or related labor fields.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in a variety of weather and field conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain tools and machinery (training provided).
  • Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
