Job Description:

Cash Flow Management:

• Prepare and submit weekly cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and projecting future cash needs.
• Monitor daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity and alignment with short-term financial requirements.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential cash flow issues to senior management in a timely manner.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and resolution of discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.

FX Hedging and Foreign Exchange Management:

• Monitor and execute foreign exchange hedging strategies in accordance with company financial risk management policies.
• Collaborate with treasury teams to optimize FX exposure and ensure regulatory compliance.

Forecast Modeling & Process Improvement:

• Continuously enhance cash flow forecasting models for improved accuracy and adaptability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and refine forecasting inputs.
• Propose and implement process improvements in cash flow management, reconciliation, and forecasting.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare regular reports on cash flow performance, liquidity, and FX exposure for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations related to cash management and reporting.

Competency or Position Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation processes and experience with multiple currencies and FX hedging strategies.
• Attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and cash management platforms preferred.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury with a focus on cash management, bank reconciliation, or financial forecasting.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CTP are a plus.
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to foreign exchange management preferred.
