Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the customer service industry, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a professional environment supporting customers who need assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to learn quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Bilingual French/English

Location: Moline, IL

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (if bilingual)

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service in English and/or French.
  • Utilize computer software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • Availability to participate in mandatory training sessions 8am-5pm then will work scheduled shift
  • Must be available between 6am and 10pm any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
