Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location/ Work Structure : Onsite - Downtown

What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter, transfer, and validate product data from the legacy POS system into the new PIM system.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, IT, and Operations) to ensure data is complete and aligned with current business needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data entry processes and report progress regularly.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

What Experience You'll Have:

• Proven experience in data entry, data administration, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with POS or PIM systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

What Experience is Nice to Have:

• Experience or familiarity with automotive products, parts databases, or inventory systems.
