The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for nurturing unqualified leads to qualification for sales and elevating key buying signal insights to sales. With the increasing volume of incoming leads from around the world, you must constantly seek ways to improve and automate the lead qualification process. You will serve as the first line of communication between potential customers and the sales team, so effective communication from initial contact to handover is crucial. Your role will include owning email marketing efforts, developing and optimizing nurturing programs, and ensuring smooth lead handoff to sales. Manage all incoming leads to ensure proper qualification before passing them to sales. Communicate with under-qualified leads to gather sufficient information for qualification decisions, focusing on automation to handle high volume while maintaining a positive customer experience. Create and implement effective nurturing plans to convert unqualified leads into qualified opportunities. Research high-value leads and identify additional contacts within organizations to provide sales with targeted insights. Identify trends in inbound leads, such as multiple touchpoints, and collaborate with sales and marketing to leverage these insights. Establish repeatable processes, templates, and parameters for lead escalation to support team training and scalability. Implement tools and processes to automate lead qualification, studying best practices and benchmarking relevant tools. Work with digital marketing to formalize lead qualification activities and reporting within existing systems like CRM. Provide marketing insights based on outreach observations to enhance messaging and promotional strategies. Create automated reports to monitor lead qualification performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to define and support lead generation campaigns. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or email marketing, preferably in B2B. At least 2 years of experience nurturing and qualifying inbound leads. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Good understanding of technical products and solutions.
