Location: Atlanta, GA (near the Battery / Truist Park)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Opportunity:
Launch your career in the insurance industry with Mile Auto! We’re looking for an Entry-Level Generalist Claims Adjuster to join our team at our new headquarters. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your career with hands-on training and support. You’ll receive full coverage to obtain your adjuster license, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to help you succeed.
As a Claims Adjuster at Mile Auto, you’ll get to work with both Mile Auto and Porsche Auto Insurance, gaining exposure to all aspects of auto insurance claims. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop valuable skills, with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Review and determine coverage for each claim, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Investigate claims to assess liability or fault.

Conduct interviews with customers, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information.

Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage auto repairs.

Handle minor to moderate bodily injury claims.

Negotiate claims with customers, claimants, and other carriers to ensure fair resolutions.

Continuously seek ways to enhance customer experience in real-time.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).

A solid work history (3+ years).

Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Clear and effective communication abilities.

A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and adapt based on feedback.

A proactive problem-solving mindset.
