Entry-Level Test & Evaluation Engineer

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for Entry-Level Test & Evaluation Engineers to join our test operations team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . This role will primarily focus on working MS&B portfolio.
This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. In addition, this role will require occasional travel (up to 20%).
Position Responsibilities:
Test planning, execution, and analysis of flight, ground, and laboratory tests
Evaluates results against customer and design specification
Supports testing to verify system behavior and integration into platform
Builds customer trust by being available for technical consultation and troubleshooting assistance when requested by the customer
Works with the customer and management at test coordination and/or technical interface meetings to provide findings and recommendations
Participates on test and analysis teams; provides guidance and recommendations to test conductors, engineers, technicians, maintainers, customers, and management to ensure program and test objectives are achieved
Applies general knowledge of aircraft systems (e.g., avionics, hydraulic, electrical, egress systems), components (e.g., multifunction displays wing, engine, landing gear transmission), and loadable/non-loadable software (e.g., radar operational programs, inertial navigation programs, operational flight programs)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Current FAA Class III medical certificate or the ability to obtain one
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of engineering experience in both integration lab and ground/flight test environments
Active U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
Certification experience in FAA and/or EASA transport category aircraft programs
1+ years of experience in complex test planning, development, and execution
Previous experience in the aerospace industry
1+ years of experience in aircraft testing

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Entry-Level (Level 1): $62,900 - $85,100
