Position: Forklift Operator
Pay: $18.50

Job Summary: A Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the facility. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment.
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks on forklifts to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and utilizing proper lifting techniques.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and data entry.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, such as picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Requirements:

• 7yr background check
• HS Diploma/GED
• Previous Forklift Experience (1yr+)
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
