General Manager – Multi-Location Operations

Locations : Norristown, Willow Grove, and King of Prussia, PA

Reports to : Vice President

We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee operations across our three Signarama locations. The GM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, improving workflow efficiencies, mentoring staff, and ultimately driving performance and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a mix of strategic oversight and tactical execution.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Norristown, Willow Grove, and King of Prussia locations
• Ensure jobs move efficiently through design, production, quality check, and installation
• Monitor job boards, production queues, and inventory levels for accuracy and flow
• Lead daily or weekly operations meetings with production and customer service teams

Team Development & Management

• Directly manage department leads (production, design, installation, sales/admin)
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and support staff development
• Schedule, coach, and resolve personnel issues across locations in coordination with ownership

Process & Quality Control

• Enforce SOPs across production, installation, and design
• Ensure timely job completion with high-quality output and minimal rework
• Lead implementation of workflow improvements and technology use (e.g. Corebridge, Dropbox)

Customer & Client Experience

• Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally
• Collaborate with sales team to support large or complex jobs
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement service improvements where needed

Financial Oversight

• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management
• Reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve job margin performance
• Approve purchases and monitor material usage across sites

Cross-Location Coordination

• Ensure consistency in process and culture at all locations
• Serve as the communication hub between teams and ownership
• Be available on-site across all three locations as needed

• 5+ years of operations, production, or general management experience (sign industry a plus)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills across multiple departments
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using workflow or project management tools (Corebridge, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.)
• Comfortable using Dropbox, email, cloud-based tools, and POS/job tracking software
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Sign industry or wide-format printing experience
• Familiarity with FlexiSign, HP Latex, Arizona flatbed, Graphtec, or Colex equipment
• Knowledge of ADA signage, vehicle wraps, and exterior sign installations
