Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Georgetown, TX. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding materials, and working with typography. This high-performing, A-player will be key to shaping the creative vision and execution across our family of brands.

Responsibilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties and responsibilities required. 

• Guide the development of creative strategies across multiple brands and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and audience needs. 
• Own the design process from concept to creation to drive full funnel marketing engagement with key audiences. 
• Interpret creative briefs and translate complex ideas into compelling visual content for use on ecommerce platforms, social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising. 
• Support the development of B2C and B2B cutlery and kitchenware brand style guides and ensure brand compliance. 
• Direct creative development with our global graphic support team for online and offline product marketing. 
• Contribute to process improvements and creative innovation within the team; identify opportunities for new formats, tools, or design techniques. 

Qualifications

• Demonstrated graphic and multimedia design experience, within an advertising agency or in-house design team preferred
• Experience in developing digital creative for web development, social platforms, and ecommerce
• Experience working on a wide range of marketing functions, including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website, and content creation, is required. Digital Photography is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Learning mindset to stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and technology 
• Proficiency in creative software tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) is a plus
