Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide general administrative support. This role involves coordinating meetings and events, managing department financial operations, handling personnel operations, and overseeing facility purchasing and operations. You will also be responsible for completing special projects as assigned and coordinating travel arrangements. Enforcing team policies and procedures is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: N/A
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office software suites.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience with typing.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data entry.

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to assist team members and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Experience with current office software is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs may be required.
