Job Title: Head of Regional Media, Central The Head of Regional Media, Central, is a key member of the MLT for the Central region and part of the national RBMNLT. This role involves leading all aspects of media execution within the region, including Communications, Production, Production Management, Creator Marketing, and maintaining distribution deals for Red Bull in the Central region. She/he applies editorial skills to identify compelling stories and create differentiated content and experiences that are "beyond the ordinary" to enhance consumer engagement with the Red Bull brand across relevant media channels such as partnered & 3rd party media, Social Media, and Owned Media (redbull.com, Red Bull TV). The Head of Regional Media Central provides media expertise to support and evolve the local marketing mix in partnership with Brand, Sports, Culture, and On-premise Marketing. She/he acts as an entrepreneurial leader in the region, building and nurturing engaged teams, collaborating with innovative partners, and fostering media innovation and new business opportunities in digital and traditional media channels. Ultimately, this role is accountable for executing all media outputs related to event projects and ongoing media amplification (including athletes, creators, and earned coverage). Minimum Requirements: 12+ years of relevant work experience in Media. Strong storytelling, editorial, and creative skills. Experience collaborating with media executives on content distribution strategies. Robust creative and project management background. Proven ability to build audience engagement strategically. Understanding of partner platform strengths and how to leverage them. Leadership qualities with excellent presentation skills. Ability to build relationships across media, digital platforms, and entertainment sectors. Agile team player with a results-oriented approach. Passionate and motivating leadership style. Knowledge of competitor activity and consumer behavior in media and FMCG contexts. Deep understanding of the US media industry. Excellent digital media industry knowledge. Curious, creative, and open-minded. Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
