Job Description

This is a 6-month temporary learning resource to support compliance learning optimization. This person should be familiar with managing learning programs, compliance learning, and LMS administration (Percipio / Skillsoft preferred). While there may be some content creation, that will not be the primary function of the role. This person will be working with US internal stakeholders to identify what compliance learning method applies per state regulations. This person will partner with complaince to ensure they are in scope for any audits/QAs.

The ideal candidate will be in the US and able to work Central hours.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years experience as an LMS Administrator
- Experience working with the vendor/tool Persipio/SoftSkill or a related tool
- Familiar with managing learning programs, compliance learning, and LMS administration
- Experience runing compliance audits, abiding by state regulations for new hires or exisiting hires, etc.
- A degree or related education
