About us Silgan Dispensing is a large business in Grandview, MO. We are part of a global company that produces injection molded parts for some of the world's leading brands.
Responsibilities:
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
- Visual checks of components used to build sprayers and checks of finished goods to ensure top quality
- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
- Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex sprayer units
- Check output to ensure highest quality
- Maintain equipment in good clean condition
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Utilize bar code scanner for parts and finished goods
- Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
Requirements:
- Experience running assembly or production machinery
- Good understanding of quality control principles and procedures
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- High school diploma

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Holidays/Weekends as needed.

- Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (7am - 3pm)
- Night Shift (3pm - 11pm)
- Overnight Shift (11pm - 7am)
