Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $70k to $95k/year (depending on experience) + $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Experience:

• 10 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 5 years of maintenance experience.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule, 6pm to 6am

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Ensure the efficient operation and support of the maintenance department.
• Assign PMs, check completion, and track rates.
• Manage and direct daily activities of team members.
• Ensure all safety standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solve problems promptly, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contact tech support for machine issues and oversee lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans.
• Create department procedures and facilitate training.

Position Requirements:

• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent oral and written communication skills with highly skilled technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Hard-working, dependable, and eager to grow.
• Experience with 5S and Six Sigma.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training.
