The Managing Consultant builds strong client and candidate relationships, contributes to business development, and collaborates with the search team to deliver quality results within deadlines. Acts as a trusted advisor, supporting Korn Ferry’s sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to define search project specifics. Manage recruitment lifecycle from start to finish to meet 'time to fill' goals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for successful placements. Drive new business with existing clients and prospects. Provide excellent client care, including clear communication and interview support. Prospect for new clients, maintain outreach, and meet client meeting goals weekly. Provide project updates and escalate issues timely. Professional Experience/Qualifications 5+ years of business experience. Experience in staffing business development, including cold calling and client management, or relevant industry experience. Business development and account management skills. Strong business acumen and cultural adaptability. Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills. Customer service excellence, organizational skills, and effective communication. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
