Job Description We are seeking a part-time highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage email box for the managing partner Assit with bookkeeping and keep track of expenses, billing etc Manage calendar and organize events Frequent communication with managing partner Screen calls, transfer calls, take messages, file, scan documents Draft and proof letters, emails, and other documents for grammatical errors Be an expert at communication, dictation and following up with people when it is needed Assist with any project and tasks that may come up with general business operations Run tasks outside the office as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of Legal experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary for a part-time position Paid time off and holidays Salary range is based on experience and may differ from what is stated in the posting.
