Our paid summer internship offers students and recent grads a hands-on experience across our core disciplines. This isn’t busywork — you’ll contribute to client initiatives, internal projects, and team collaboration while learning alongside some of the most curious minds in the industry.

What You’ll Do – What You’ll Do – Product Manager Intern

You’ll join our Product & Innovation team to dive into the process of building and evolving platforms and tools. This role is perfect for detail-oriented thinkers who want to learn how research, documentation, and collaboration power product decisions.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting project documentation and roadmap planning
• Conducting market, product, and competitor research
• Assisting with backlog management, Jira tickets, and business analysis
• Participating in requirements gathering and release documentation
• Recommending user experience improvements across our platforms

You’ll work closely with Product Owners and learn how great digital products are brought to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in tech, research, and digital products
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
• Available to work 15–25 hours/week from June through August
• Must be based in Illinois and able to work in-person from our Chicago office at least 2 days per week

Hourly rate: $15
