Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.

[Duties ]

• Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

[Requirements ]

• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and/or project manager and be knowledgeable of project management and/or estimator principles
• Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor

[Details ]

• Pay Rage: $90k to $100k + potential annual bonus opportunity
