Regional Food Service Director of Operations Join to apply for the Regional Food Service Director of Operations role at Infinity Healthcare Consulting Position Summary: To oversee all assigned facilities, ensuring leadership and guidance in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships, while providing direct supervision to the facility Food Service Directors. Key Responsibilities: Support and implement all company and facility policies to ensure high-quality service at the lowest cost. Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements. Develop and maintain business partnerships by understanding client needs. Establish and oversee Quality Assurance and Assessment processes in each facility. Participate in food service committees and represent the company at events. Plan and manage operational budgets, review financial results regularly, and adjust as needed. Assist with new business bids, contract negotiations, and transition of new accounts. Conduct performance audits and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. Lead training and development for Food Service Directors and staff. Develop goals with Food Service Directors and support their professional growth. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-5 years’ experience in food service operations. Leadership skills and effective communication.
