A remote-based publishing group is hiring entry-level AI Writing & Research Associates to support the development of nonfiction Kindle books using artificial intelligence tools and structured writing templates. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, open to applicants with no prior experience, no degree, and no background in writing or publishing.
As part of the role, you will be trained to use guided AI prompts and niche research tools to create short Kindle books, typically 3,000–7,000 words in length. You will follow a repeatable system to produce clear, reader-focused digital content that is published through Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing platform.
Use internal keyword research tools to find profitable Kindle niches
Select beginner-friendly, low-competition topics based on search volume and reader demand
Organize outlines and chapter structures using pre-built nonfiction templates
Use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content ideas and rough drafts
Edit, refine, and format content to ensure readability and logical flow
Follow preloaded writing guidelines and formatting standards
Apply best-practice metadata including book title, subtitle, keywords, and description
Format manuscripts using step-by-step Kindle publishing instructions
Create basic covers using included tutorials and open-source design tools
Upload books to Amazon KDP using the provided checklist
Launch books using the system’s press release strategy
Monitor royalty payouts and performance metrics through Amazon dashboards
