We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and manage data across our internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, self-motivated, and capable of handling high volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.
Enter and update data into company databases and software platforms with a high level of accuracy.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and categorize digital documents and files.
Respond to internal data-related requests and provide support to the operations team.
Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
Collaborate remotely with other departments to ensure data alignment.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, Salesforce).
Familiarity with cloud storage platforms and file-sharing systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
