About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to oversee a dynamic, large-scale operation that’s both high-visibility and high-status. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for driving excellence across multiple facets of the business, ensuring a flawless guest experience at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a full executive culinary team to deliver elevated dining experiences.
• Manage a skilled event sales team , ensuring seamless execution of private events and functions.
• Oversee Front-of-House operations, including FOH Managers and Assistant General Managers, driving performance and delivering top-tier service.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets of $15M+.
• Implement operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, fostering growth and development in both leaders and team members.

About You

The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with exceptional leadership abilities, ready to take on the challenge of managing a high-volume, premium venue.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success managing a multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operation.
• Strong experience leading large teams, with a focus on culinary, event, and FOH management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and optimizing operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
