Knoxville company is seeking an experienced Roofer! 
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr

Seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our construction team! The ideal candidate will be experienced in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing systems. Safety, precision, and physical endurance are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

. lnstall, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings 
. lnspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures
. Measure and cut roofing materials to fit around vents, chimneys, and other structures . Apply waterproofing and sealing materials
. Replace broken or damaged shingles, tiles, or metal panels
. Ensure job site is clean and safe at the end of each day
. Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
. Collaborate with other team members and contractors

Qualifications:
. Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
. Familiarity with different roofing materials and techniques
. Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights
. Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
. Good physical condition and stamina
. Basic math and measurement skills
. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:
. OSHA 10/30 Certification
. Experience with both pitched and flat roofs
. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes

. Physical Requirements:
. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
. Comfort working at heights and on ladders and scaffolding
. Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Company Description
