Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on configuration and support experience in SAP ECC 6.0 Suite on HANA. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, as well as expertise in related sub-modules such as General Ledger (FIGL), Project System (PS), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Joint Interest Billing (JIB). The candidate should be adept at gathering business requirements, providing SAP standard functionality recommendations, and developing solutions to complex financial and controlling problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP FICO functionalities in SAP ECC 6.0 Suite on HANA.
• Provide in-depth expertise in SAP FIGL,VIM, PS, AA, AP, AR, and Joint Interest Billing.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend SAP best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP FICO processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements in SAP configurations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO configuration and support experience in SAP ECC 6.0 Suite on HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI GL, VIM, PS, AA, AP, AR, and Joint Interest Billing.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and recommend SAP standard solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions for complex financial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
