Senior Graphic & Web Designer | Hybrid Position | Orange County, CA

Are you a multi-talented designer who loves pushing creative boundaries? MossWarner is looking for a versatile Senior Graphic & Web Designer to elevate our clients' brands through innovative digital and traditional media solutions, with a special focus on bespoke B2B WordPress websites and dynamic digital marketing campaigns.

This hybrid position requires one day a week (subject to increase) in our Orange County, CA office.

Your Daily Role:

• Create exceptional graphic designs across digital platforms, print collateral, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Design custom, responsive, ADA-compliant WordPress websites aligned with client business goals.
• Optimize UX/UI to enhance usability, functionality, and engagement.
• Contribute strategically to creative brainstorming, campaign ideation, and flawless execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative design methods and tools.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven agency experience with a strong portfolio in B2B design, digital, and traditional mediums.
• Expertise in designing responsive WordPress websites with demonstrated success.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, WCAG ADA-compliant design standards, HTML/CSS (bonus).
• Experienced in brand identity development including logos, visual systems, and guidelines.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related.

About the role:

• Occasional travel (up to 5%) as needed.
• Compensation & Benefits: Salary—$85,000–$110,000
• The salary range for this position reflects several factors, including the market rate, budgetary considerations, internal equity, and the employee’s background, experience, and qualifications. Placement within this range for new employees will also consider the compensation of current or past employees in similar roles.
