Job Description

This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be available to come into the office at the Baltimore headquarters from Monday to Wednesday.

We are looking for a sharp, dedicated, and ambitious designer who is comfortable designing for both print and web. Projects may include logo and identity pieces, print, digital advertising and front-end web design. The candidate must possess strong technical development, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.

You will work closely as part of a team of marketing professionals, designers and developers for clients across a range of industries. You will be involved in the creative process from beginning to end — from strategic conception to delivery. We move very quickly, and being able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics and video editing
• Photography and art direction
• Working knowledge of CSS & HTML
