Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and potential clients to schedule appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow-up calls
• Assist the sales team by ensuring their calendars are well-organized and full
• Provide friendly and professional customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Comfortable making outbound calls (training provided)
• No prior experience requiredjust a willingness to learn!
