Job Description
We are seeking a detail- oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accountant Clerk. The ideal candidate will efficiently reassign and correct vehicle titles, ensuring their accurate documentation and timely submission to the auto auction
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for reassigning vehicle titles.
Correcting title information by identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the title documentation.
Coordinating with auction for a timely submission of corrected and updated title documents
Responsible for organizing and maintaining a systematic record of all title related documents.
Will have to ensure to stay up to date with relevant regulations and laws related to title transfers and ensuring full compliance.
Qualifications:
Must have organizational skills to effectively organize title documents and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail to carefully review and verify information to ensure accuracy in the title transfer process
Time management skills are a must to efficiently handle time-sensitive title tasks and meeting deadlines.
