Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in human sexuality and training adults is required, as is experience working with teens. Comfort with issues related to adolescent sexuality and ability to work with and respect diverse groups of teens and adults who may hold many different points of view. Demonstrated success in relationship building with a record of accomplishment of leveraging resources to accomplish strategic objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with various audiences including staff, teens, teachers and other youth-serving professionals, foundations, individual donors, advisory board, parents and policy makers. Ability to self-motivate and stay on task in a remote working environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Sexuality, Public Health, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
