About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) to provide visionary leadership for its academic program. The VPAA will also be tasked with advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across academics and maintaining a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and excellence within the Office of Academic Affairs. Candidates for the VPAA position at the company should hold an earned doctorate or terminal degree, have previous administrative experience at the decanal level, and have a proven record of teaching, scholarship, and developing external partnerships. A strong commitment to a liberal arts education, an open and collegial communication style, and demonstrated leadership skills are essential. The role requires the ability to manage budgets, set clear goals, and foster a culture of mentorship and professional development.
