What You'll Do - Fabricate metal products using cutting, drilling, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Work with aluminum and steel materials ranging from .063 to ½-inch thickness.
- Read and interpret blueprints for product assembly.
- Operate various shop tools, including grinders, saws, plasma machines, and welding torches.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in warehouse organization.
- Move materials and products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Requirements What We’re Looking For: - Experience: Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience (Aluminum & Steel preferred).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management.
- Work Ethic: A motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and build items with and without blueprints.
