About this role:Corporate Investment Banking’s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive Product Management for our strategic onboarding platform Onboarding-as-a-Service (OBaaS).CLMs target outcomes include helping customers, growing business, and improving risk management. The CLM program will achieve these outcomes by deploying new technology and capabilities, improving processes, simplifying requirements, and partnering across businesses and functions.The CLM product team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technology platforms that enable the customer onboarding and product fulfillment business processes. This position will work within a team of product management specialists focused on prioritizing the backlog, developing user stories, leading a scrum team, and delivering new features/enhancements.This is a Hybrid work schedule with some in-office expectation. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.Ideal candidates for this position will excel at:Being a data-driven, execution-oriented, strategic problem solver who can deliver system enhancements in support of target outcomesIndependently engaging and effectively influencing partners, including senior leaders, and building strong, mutually collaborative relationships in the processApplying strong critical-thinking skills to understand connectivity and gaps across process, people, and technologyManaging of SMEs and other contributors to projects and initiatives in a highly matrixed environmentIn this role, you will:Serve as a product owner and lead an agile scrum teamOversee all stages of product creation from concept to deliveryMeet with stakeholders to understand business needs and document it into user storiesEstablish and maintain a product vision and roadmapParticipating in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective)Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements and defectsRecognize competing priorities, balance tradeoffs, and make strategic recommendations to leadershipConduct testing to ensure tool functionality addresses the underlying business needConduct production validationEnsure plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulationsHave strong relationship management skills, with the ability to define an effective engagement model in a matrixed environmentDevelop creative innovative solutions to improve efficienciesManage issues associated with project requirements, design conflicts and change managementRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, financial services industry, financial crimes processes, front office processes, product management, strategic planningIn-depth knowledge of Markets, Relationship Management, CDD/KYC or Financial CrimesExperience with Onboarding-as-a-Service (OBaaS), Vantage View or Wholesale Customer and Account Onboarding (WCAO) platformAgile delivery experienceAbility to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of managementStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong written communication skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiativesAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasStrong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timePosting Locations:New York, NYCharlotte, NCSalary Ranges:NY: $115,900 - $206,100NC: $96,600 - $171,800Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
