Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe work environment with no harm to people or the environment.
• Lead safety discussions and job-specific safety reviews.
• Manage subordinates to optimize productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
• Develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Assign tasks based on priorities and ensure fair workload distribution.
• Plan and adjust crew schedules based on business needs and labor agreements.
• Lead a skilled, diverse, and customer-focused maintenance team.
• Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to maintain production.
• Optimize asset management for equipment efficiency and longevity.
• Support business goals in quality, cost control, waste reduction, and lean manufacturing.
• Recognize and address performance issues fairly with proper documentation.
• Foster collaboration and resolve issues to improve overall workplace effectiveness.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts, switching between days and nights every 6-12 weeks based on business needs.
