The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to contribute creatively to luxury hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role requires eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and project teams to develop innovative design concepts for high-end hospitality environments, primarily hotels.

  • Ensure design integrity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a seamless thread from concept to execution.
  • Research site context, trends, materials, and finishes to inform and inspire design solutions, with an emphasis on creating bespoke, brand-aligned interiors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Attend site visits and assist with project coordination, ensuring design intent is realised during construction.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional interior design experience, with a strong preference for candidates with hospitality (hotel) project experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities, especially in luxury hospitality settings.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working on international hotel brands and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in hospitality design, with an ability to tailor concepts to diverse brand identities and locations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and wellness-focused interiors.

Application Requirements

  • Resume and cover letter.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant hospitality design experience.
  • Confirmation of work eligibility in the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to join a creative studio renowned for setting trends in luxury hospitality design, with projects spanning leading hotel brands and global destinations. If you are passionate about crafting memorable guest experiences and thrive in a collaborative, design-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
