Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics, with proficiency in Power BI to design and develop interactive reports and dashboards.

As a Power BI Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Transform raw data from multiple sources into clean, visually appealing, and meaningful reports.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and create solutions that address their business needs.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
• Create DAX queries, Power Query scripts, and calculated columns as needed.
• Develop and maintain data models in Power BI for seamless reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Implement data security and access controls within Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., data engineers, business analysts) to ensure accurate data integration and data flow.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and trends in business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI report publishing.
• Experience in connecting Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Proficiency in creating visualizations that communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL queries is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
