Product Designer

5 days/week onsite

Role Summary: We are seeking two experienced Product Designers to join our team and provide additional bandwidth to our fully engaged design team. This role will play a vital role in supporting our fast-paced Agile environment, ensuring our digital products deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business strategists, product managers, and development teams to prototype and refine enterprise POS and customer-facing digital products using Figma.
• Contribute to the redesign of major upbound products, ensuring seamless user experiences across websites, native apps, and progressive web applications.
• Support Agile teams using Atlassian tools (JIRA), participating in design sprints and exploring AI integration to improve design efficiency and speed.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise POS systems, fintech, or retail environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a willingness to transition designs to Salesforce for backend implementation.
• Strong collaboration skills, capable of working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and their measurable

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 48/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
