Job Title: Senior Jira Administrator Location: Remote Clearance Required: Active Secret (must be eligible for Top Secret) About the Role We are hiring a Senior Jira Administrator to support an enterprise Jira Data Center and Confluence environment. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, requirements gathering, and supporting users across internal teams and Department of State stakeholders. This is a remote role. Key Responsibilities Administer Jira Data Center and Confluence, including user and permissions management Gather requirements from internal and external users for Jira project setup Create and manage workflows, boards, issue types, and automation rules Set up new Jira and Confluence projects for teams being onboarded Support migrations of users, data, and plugins into shared environments Integrate and manage approved plugins/add-ons Work with Agile/Scrum teams to align configurations with best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Jira administration, including Jira Data Center Experience administering Confluence Hands-on experience with workflow and board configuration, issue management, and automation setup Experience with plugin management and user onboarding Active Secret clearance; must be able to obtain Top Secret Skills & Requirements Qualifications At we understand the importance of secure and reliable IT solutions.
